Returns and Exchanges

Product Returns


As a brand of Beyyoglu, it is obliged to observe customer satisfaction. The first shipping cost of your order that you will send for return or exchange is free of charge. For more than one return or exchange requests for the same order, the shipping cost belongs to you.


An invoice must be submitted for all returns and exchanges.


Pursuant to the Right of Withdrawal article of the Consumer Law, you can return the product/products you have purchased within 14 days, free of charge, after completing the following steps.


For return transactions, you need to create a record by clicking the "my orders" button in the "My Account" section and "go to the order details". After you register, you will be sent the return process and return shipping information. For non-membership orders, please send an e-mail to return@beyyoglu.com.


The label of the product/products must not be removed and must be tried without damaging the product.


Products, including all accessories and packaging materials, must be undamaged, unused and in a resalable condition.


Products such as underwear, swimwear, bikinis can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, untested, intact and unused.


Returns are sent to your bank within 2-3 business days after your cargo reaches us. You will be notified by e-mail on the day we give the order to your bank.


It will take between 5 and 14 business days for your bank to issue the refund to the credit card from which you made the purchase.


* If you return all the products in your order, the shipping fee is also refunded.


In line with the transactions made, the product you sent will be examined by us, and your return process will be initiated provided that there is no obstacle to its return. When virtual pos is used in the shopping made, your refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used through the virtual pos.


Returns of orders made through the website are also made through the website, and there are no refunds in our stores.


Exchange Transactions

You can change your online orders with an invoice from our stores. *Returns and exchanges of discount products can only be made through our website. You can make your change request for the product/products you have purchased within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. In order for you to change the product/products you have purchased; You must have written the product code and name of the other product you request for change into the package/cargo. The product must be returned with its original box/packaging and label. (Exchanges are not accepted for scented, stained, torn/ripped, washed products.) If the product or products you want to exchange are in stock, the product or products you send back for exchange are in compliance with the exchange conditions. Once approved, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible. If the product you requested is not available in our stocks, money can be refunded to your credit card with which you have shopped, or a gift certificate can be defined as much as the amount to be refunded, so you can use your gift certificate within 1 year.


Customs, Return Costs and Return Fees of Unreceived Packages in International Orders belong to the Customer. Otherwise, Return Cannot be Made.
