Are internet sales prices and store sales prices the same?

Yes they are, however, if there is a difference between the prices on the internet and the prices on the product labels, the right price will be the price on the receipt.

 

Is stock renewal of products with sold-out notification possible?

We are trying to reproduce the sold-out products as soon as possible. However, it is not valid for every product. You can ask for the information to the customer representatives from the live ”chat" section or contact with the head office.

 

Will the product that you send will be the same as the product in the photo?

The products are exactly the same as the products you see in the photos. As shooting is conducted under professional lighting, the product can show a minor difference in lights such as store light, daylight, etc..
 

Is it possible to get information on a regular base via email about the latest innovations and discounts?

Yes. It is enough to sign in and be a member to learn about Beyyoglu events, the latest products and style catalogs. 

 

How can I be sure that I have completed my shopping transactions without a problem?

When you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an e-mail, contact the head office. Sometimes e-mails may fall into the Junk or Spam box. Please check all your mailboxes. 

 

Can I delete any product in my order?

Yes. Unless you have completed your order, you can delete the products you do not want from your shopping cart. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel the order if the status allows it. To do so, go to My Orders section in your account. If there is not an inscription saying that "Your order has been shipped", you can send an e-mail to the address info@beyyoglu.com or you can call us through the phone number “merkez ofis”  and cancel your order.

 

If a defective product is sent, what should I do?

If there is a defect on the product that you have purchased, please send an e-mail to the address info@beyyoglu.comor contact us through “merkez ofis”. You can add a photo and an explanation of the defective part of product in the e-mail that you will send. 

 

 

If a wrong product is sent, what should I do?

In case of that a product that you have not ordered is delivered to you, please contact merkez ofis

 

Where can I receive my order?

Your order will be sent to an address you specify (such as home, workplace, but not sent to the post office) or to your preferred branch of your preferred cargo company. 

 

How much should I pay for the shipping service?

·         Mng Kargo – 7,99 TL

·         Yurtiçi Kargo – 8,99 TL

 

Is it possible to track my order?

Yes, you can see the current status of your order. For this, please go to “My Orders”section in your account.

When your cargo is shipped, the tracking code is sent as a message to the telephone number you have written by the shipping company you have selected. You can  track your shipment from the official website of the cargo company as well.


  If you are not registered, you can send the “order number” given in the confirmation e-mail to  info@beyyoglu.com

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery times are as given below:

·         Orders placed until 15.00 are delivered to the cargo company that you have preferred on the same day.

·         Standard delivery time of cargo Company is 1-3 business days

* No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
